By reserving a custom summer bag or booking a showroom fitting, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We require a deposit before beginning custom color calibrations or custom leather band stitching.
BagSaleSummer reserves the right to decline watch orders if materials are unavailable or custom specs
conflict with our mechanical standards, structural integrity rules, or Swiss horology certification guidelines.
Deposits are fully refunded if an order is cancelled by our atelier team due to material constraints.
Watch prices are stated in US Dollars and do not include local luxury taxes or customs fees.
We require payment in full through secure wire transfers or bank drafts before releasing a watch.
BagSaleSummer updates watch prices periodically to reflect changes in raw gold, platinum, and titanium markets.
Price quotes provided during custom consultations remain valid for exactly thirty calendar days from issuance,
after which a new horology consultation must be scheduled to calculate current material costs.
All bag shipments are dispatched via secured, fully insured courier networks with signature delivery.
Ownership and transit risk transfer to the client once the package is signed at your shipping address.
BagSaleSummer is not responsible for shipping delays from customs clearance or border security checks,
which can occur when shipping exotic straw fabrics across international territories and national lines.
Duties, custom inspections, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchasing client.
The name BagSaleSummer, bag layouts, drawer drawings, and journal texts are registered intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify our summer bags or online catalog code for commercial gains.
All website materials, photography, and custom vectors are protected under United States copyright laws,
and any unauthorized distribution triggers immediate legal notices and copyright litigation procedures.
Clients may share blog articles for personal, non-commercial use if author attribution is maintained.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
Any legal dispute, warranty disagreement, or order conflict will be resolved in courts in New York County.
If any section of these terms is declared invalid by a court, the remaining sections stay in force.
BagSaleSummer reserves the right to update these terms to match luxury retail trade compliance rules,
and updates become active immediately upon posting on our Mercer showroom concierge registry boards.
