Servicing Limits and Warranties

Our lifetime quality guarantee covers structural seam defects, canvas warping, and custom alignments.
It does not apply to scratches on buckles, leather band fading, or damage from machine-washing down.
If a watch case is opened by an external technician, the official warranty is voided immediately,
as our master horologists require cleanroom setups to avoid dust contamination inside the gear trains.
Restorations must be submitted directly to our Mercer showroom to maintain valid warranty registries.

Visual Variations and Materials

Because we source full-grain leather bands and hand-polish titanium cases, minor visual differences
in color shade, straw texture, and polished gold border highlights are normal parts of custom items.
These slight variations are indicators of genuine artisanal assembly and hand-saddle-stitching methods,
